| Excellent In-House opportunity for an experienced Corporate Paralegal! Mid size corporation based in Audubon, PA is seeking a paralegal to join their Legal Team. Will be supporting the General Counsel and other Senior Corporate Managers. Previous experience in a publicly traded company is a plus but not required. Looking for paralegals who have extensive experience providing legal support with legal and compliance related matters. Must have experience with corporate minute books and records as well as experience with general Board of Director activites. Will provide support in matters relating to Contracts (review, negotiate and manage), Employment Matters, Litigation Matters, Mergers and Acquisitions as well Intellectual Property. Most matters are handled by outside counsel but will be point person for questions and overall management of these areas. Excellent overall compensation package offered. Successful applicants will have solid tenure with either a large law firm, corporate boutique firm, or with an In-House legal department. Must have Bachelor's Degree.
